The Jewish Federation of Winnipeg is seeking a results-oriented Development Manager with a demonstrated track record of achieving positive outcomes in fundraising environments.
- Successfully canvassing annual campaign gifts, identifying new development opportunities, and leveraging them effectively.
- Crafting compelling content and presentations to convey strategic fundraising messages.
- Identifying proactive opportunities to drive revenue growth and executing strategic activities.
- Utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to analyze data, generate concise reports, and optimize data-driven strategies.
- Collaborating seamlessly within a diverse, multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals.
- Project management, displaying meticulous attention to detail and impactful result measurement.
- Fostering and nurturing relationships with diverse groups.
- Working well under pressure, managing multiple tasks, exhibiting excellent time management skills, and demonstrating sound judgment.
- Exercising discretion and tact in handling confidential information.
- Employing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
- Analyzing complex information to formulate strategy to solve problems.
- Providing flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
- Showing innovative approaches to finding solutions.

Knowledge of Jewish traditions and community is a plus

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
