**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Upkeep and maintain accuracy of reservations in ERP system and Excel entries.
- Process payments as required
- Bank deposit runs as required
- Communicate with guests on their reservations, details, travel information and payment collection
- Maintain and track all outstanding payments
- Work with Sales Team on bookings, Problem Listing and Waitlist - ensure all records are upkept and accurate at all time
- Maintain Office Reception area and answer phones as needed (won’t be often)
- Other General Office Duties and Misc. Administrative Tasks as required

**Location**:
This in an office-based position (Monday to Friday) at our client’s head office in Richmond, BC. It is a spacious office with a social, professional yet very down to earth atmosphere.

**How Much**: Excellent compensation plus benefits and perks

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
