- Performing repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test-driving vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers stay informed and satisfied
- Providing estimates needed for additional repairs
- Complete documentation for client repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
