Slush Puppie is seeking a Telemarketing Agent with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service. As an agent, your mission will be to contact existing customers in the Ontario divisions to ensure optimal customer service and process orders as needed. You will also be responsible for promoting Slush Puppie products to drive additional sales.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Make calls to existing Slush Puppie customers to take orders and provide regular follow-up
- Promote new products and special offers from Slush Puppie to stimulate sales
- Professionally and efficiently respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, and delivery times
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales-related information in the customer management system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and ensure transparent communication
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Achieve sales and follow-up goals assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency required
- Previous experience in telemarketing or phone sales is an asset
- Ability to persuade and positively influence customers
- Excellent communication skills: highly comfortable in social interactions and networking
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using computer technologies

Work Schedule
- Temporary position from March to July 2024
- 25-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Salary
- Starting at $18.00 per hour
- Performance bonuses

Description du poste

Slush Puppie est à la recherche d’un Agent en télémarketing ayant d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et pour qui le service à la clientèle est primordial. En tant qu’agent, votre mission consistera à contacter les clients existants des divisions de l’Ontario pour garantir un service à la clientèle optimal et procéder à des commandes au besoin. Vous serez également chargé de promouvoir les produits Slush Puppie en vue de stimuler des ventes additionnelles.

Tâches et responsabilités
- Effectuer des appels auprès des clients Slush Puppie existants pour prendre leurs commandes et assurer un suivi régulier
- Promouvoir les nouveaux produits et offres spéciales de Slush Puppie pour stimuler les ventes
- Répondre aux questions des clients concernant les produits, les prix et les délais de livraison de manière professionnelle et efficace
- Maintenir un suivi précis des commandes, des interactions clients et des informations relatives aux ventes dans le système de gestion des clients
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de vente pour maximiser les opportunités de vente et assurer une communication transparente
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel en résolvant les problèmes et en répondant aux préoccupations des clients de manière rapide et efficace
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de suivi assignés par la direction

Exigences
- Bilingue impératif
- Expérience antérieure dans le télémarketing ou la vente par téléphone est un atout
- Capacité à persuader et à influencer positivement les clients
- Excellentes compétences en communication : grande aisance dans les relations sociales et entregent
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Sens aigu du service client et orientation vers les résultats
- Aisance dans l'utilisation des technologies informatiques

Horaire de travail
- Poste temporaire de mars à juillet 2024
- Semaine de travail de 25h, du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 13h00

Salaire
- À partir de 18,00 $ de l’heure
- Primes de performance
