Position Overview: Achievers is looking for a Social Media Intern/Co-op to assist in the planning and execution of our social media and digital marketing strategies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and contributing to digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced technology company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Generate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos.

**Social Media Management**:
Assist in managing and monitoring Achievers' social media accounts. Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.

**Campaign Support**:
Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports. Analyze data to gain insights and recommend strategies for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary education or degree program in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing with a creative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in content creation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team/cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
