Responsibilities and competencies:

- Responsible for changing, repairing, rotating and balancing tires of all sizes
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure customers are billed accurately and completely for all work performed
- Ability to work in a fun fast paced family business
- Greet customers in a courteous, efficient manner
- Identify customer concerns related to products and services, and direct to the proper individuals, and be accountable for work being done to customer vehicles
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with other team members
- Good manual dexterity, an interest in working with vehicles, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- A passion for delivering exceptional service in every interaction, both external and internal
- Salary to commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
