**What you’ll do**:

- You will report to the Petroleum Division Manager, while located in the Administration Office and you will work alongside the office clerks who are on the Finance Team.
- This is a fast-paced position where you’ll contribute to the success of the Petroleum division through your mature, calm demeanor and where you are able to assist in establishing and maintaining office routines that support the work of Petroleum Division. Includes a very busy seasonal rush in spring and fall.
- Organize and handle elements of the Petroleum admin office; assisting the Petroleum Division Manager; and all members of the Petroleum team at Cornerstone as required
- Develop and maintain various records and reports as required
- Answer phones, take fuel orders, engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
- Handle and balance daily cash counts
- Reconcile and prepare reports of quantity and value of fuel purchased, received, lost in delivery and in storage tanks
- Assist with front-end customer service (phones and customer account inquiries) in the admin office
- Assist with new memberships
- Assist with customer payments - received on account
- Assist with filing and preparation of statements at month end
- Able to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (40hrs/week)
- Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

**Who you are**:

- You have grade 12 and office-related training or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- You have exceptional computer knowledge and extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience working with data software is an asset.
- Previous office administration and accounting or equivalent experience is required
- You are calm and priorities drive your day; you are able to handle competing demands with composure
- Accuracy and attention to detail is apparent in everything you do
- Action-oriented; and your experience shows that you know how to get things done
- Always customer-focused (external & internal) and you work well with other Team Members
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
