- Knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to others
- General knowledge of automotive parts and ability to communicate parts requirements via repair orders
- Ability to comply with quality control, inspection and safety requirements of the Service Department
- Ability to maintain an organized work station and complete duties efficiently
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Valid G Driver’s License
