GreenGold Construction Ltd. is a Residential Construction Building Firm that specializes in Custom Boutique homes across the GTA. We work closely with our clients to create one-of-a-kind new build homes.

**JOB SUMMARY**

As a GreenGold Construction Ltd. Site Supervisor, you will orchestrate all operations on-site and establish good rapport with the Project Manager, the President, and the client. You will be responsible for directing our on-site employees, subcontractors, other construction-related personnel. Your main focus is to orchestrate all the components of a new build, directing and work according to the project plan, ensuring we stay on schedule. Site Supervisors MUST maintain a safe work environment and show professionalism at all times, to enhance and maintain GreenGold Construction Ltd. standards. **This is a hands-on position and requires extensive knowledge in residential construction.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- organization, coordination and supervision of all labourers, subtrades and visitors of the assigned projects
- establish and maintain a safe environment by promoting safe use/practices of tools and machinery
- determine work priorities and coordinate the subtrades and labourers accordingly
- inspect quality and integrity of work and ensure efficient use of labour, machines and material
- identify and resolve any issues that arise by taking recommended measures and procedures
- collaborate with the Project Manager to determine the scope of work to be conducted by each subtrade
- monitor job progress, quality and provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager
- establish a site logistic plan (locations of waste bins, material storage etc.) to ensure safe delivery and efficient use of property
- ensure all site personnel (including visitors) are being supervised and are equipped with the proper PPE
- maintain all documents required onsite

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS**
- 5+ years experience in the Residential Construction field **as a Site Supervisor**
- knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural components (to effectively assist and oversee the team)
- flexibility and adaptability of various roles to efficiently lead and assist the team
- ability to multi-task
- knowledge of construction terminology and processes
- own vehicle, valid driver’s license and cell phone
- general knowledge of the OBC - Part 9 especially
- ability to liaise professionally with clients, Project Managers and all other construction related personnel
- ability to read and interpret blueprints
- WHMIS
- Fall Arrest
- detail-oriented

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
