Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons to students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Provide guidance and support to students as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an Instructor or similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate students
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Customer service mindset to ensure student satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles

We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
