Server/bartender

_**We are currently hiring Server/Bartenders to join us at The Rayleigh Pub in Kamloops BC**_

Located in Kamloops on Old Yellowhead Rd in the beautiful community of Rayleigh. This local pub has quite the history, yet has always remained a staple of the community.

Our Server/Bartenders (SB) provide experiences by creating genuine and sincere connections with our guests. They are a part of a dynamic service team that works together to deliver unforgettable food, drinks and service to ensure every guest leaves happy

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
- Communicating all current TRG promotions to guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with daily and weekly scheduled cleaning practices
- Build beverages to ensure that guests receive a remarkably consistent beverage experience.
- Ensure the cooler and back-bar is stocked and garnishes are prepped.
- Be involved in opening/closing duties including: server cash reports, running closing reports, cash handling, setup and take down of the bar area.

**Working Conditions**:

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant industry experience is an asset
- Serving It Right certification
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Can work independently and with a team
- Thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
