The Manager In Training works under the guidance of the Store Leadership team to oversee the Store Operations and team development. The MIT will learn knowledge and competence in the overall financial processes required to run a retail business.

**Position Expectations**

Developing your leadership skills through assisting the Store Manager in Recruiting & Development of team

Managing inventory and loss prevention - Working alongside Stock Coordinators to learn all stock policies & procedures

Controlling operating costs - Working alongside the Store Manager in schedule creation

Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments

Providing total customer service - You are already a customer service expert

**Job Requirements**

Retail leadership experience (minimum 2 years)

Strong leadership and team building skills

Effective training skills

Please note we are looking for MIT's for a variety of locations.

Excellent communication skills

Self Reliant/Self Starter - Action Taker
