**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Chiropractic Health Assistant (CHA) to join our team in Val Caron.

The Chiropractic Assistant is an integral part of our team. This individual is the face of our organization, where patient interaction is your main focus, and conducting yourself in a professional and friendly manner is key.

**Accountabilities**
- Open and closing of the office
- Booking appointments and sending out reminders to patients
- Billing and point of sales transactions
- Health evaluations of patients
- Application of therapeutics
- File organization and general office duties
- Ordering of product and supplies
- Social media promotions

**About You**

**Education**:
Minimum of secondary diploma or equivalent required

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years related experience in an office setting. A medical background is considered to be an asset.

**Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with patient management software or a similar booking, billing, scheduling program
- Ability to navigate social media platforms for promotion purposes
- Ability to work fluidly in a team dynamic

**Comments**
- Approximately 12 to 15 hours per week to start, with potential of full-time hours
- Monday to Friday, dayshift
- Training will be provided

Part-time hours: 14-35 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
