The **Referee’s** primary responsibilities are to organize gameplay; to ensure that games are run safely & efficiently and that all players behave according to our safety standards; to motivate and encourage players in a positive manner that enhances a fun paintball experience and mitigates risk; and to maintain the playing area to keep it clean and safe.

Referees are also responsible for giving Safety Briefings; helping the Cashier prepare, receive, and maintain the rental equipment; and contribute to a positive & safe experience for all of our customers.

The **Cashier's** primary responsibilities are to be the point of contact for player check-ins and all POS transactions; to drive sales with appropriate up-selling and encouragement; to process party reservations in person and over the phone; to give safety briefings and ensure that all customers behave according to our safety standards; to motivate and encourage players in a positive manner that enhances a fun paintball experience and mitigates safety risks; to process and clean rental equipment; and to maintain the staging area & bathrooms.

No specific paintball experience is necessary, but you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Safety is paramount in paintball, so our Referees must be well spoken, assertive, and attentive.

...also, Referees can expect to get shot on a fairly routine basis.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
