The Logistics Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all documentation, communication and organization of Industrial/Retail shipments. The Clerk also needs to support the overall Shipping / Logistics team to meet business needs and expectations. The Logistics Clerk need to check all Shunts have been received and any inventory adjustment need to be made before end of shift.

The Logistics Clerk is expected to work Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm.

Also be available on the 1st of every month for inventory.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all required shipping/receiving documents (internal and external)
- Ensure that shipments both on the receiving and distribution are completed accurately, efficiently and timely
- Track shipments: Monitor the status of outgoing and incoming shipments, providing timely updates to relevant parties. Resolve issues related to lost or delayed shipments
- Make sure quality checks are completed (load sheets) on shipments before they are shipped to ensure they meet our customer quality standards
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that shunt is completed and update inventory databases
- Prepare shipping documents: Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading as required. Ensure all documentation complies with relevant shipping regulations and company policies
- Monitor & analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse bin capacity
- Pre-arrange shipment according to shipment status, warehouse storage, and customer requirements
- Coordinate Relabeling of Product for Production Repack
- Monitor Allocation Report for Upcoming Shipment and Product availability
- Build strong, genuine relationships with carriers built on a foundation of trust and camaraderie
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Provide quotes and negotiate terms with customers and carriers
- Other related duties as required
- Help in monthly Inventory Count

**Education and/or Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with working in a warehouse/ logistic office
- Strong PC skills, knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong Understanding of BOL Process, Allocation, Adjustment, Deletion
- Ability/Understanding of ERP systems and inventory system
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations by exhibiting composure and empathy
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, quickly adapt to new information and procedures
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
