**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan, organize, schedule, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
- Communicate regularly and work cooperatively with regional sales managers and senior marketing team regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns and day-to-day store operations;
- Establish and build upon a high-quality brand image through in-store merchandising and product ordering.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in store inventory as well as industry wide product knowledge;
- Implement and follow all provincial and federal operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures;
- Run, schedule and submit regulatory compliance reporting;
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and provide reports to management on sales and retail operations;
- Ensure all customer complaints and online reviews are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution;
- Maintain the Ecommerce site and update with ongoing sales and promos;
- Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy & restock requirements; and perform regular inventory audits and elevate any inefficiencies;
- Authorize customer refunds as appropriate;
- Ensure accuracies when checking deliveries and packaging slips; Verify invoices against packaging slips and track all expenditures
- Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met;
- Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff;
- Lead your in-store leadership team by providing coaching, support, training, education and developmental opportunities.
- Networking in the community and building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Maintaining a growth focused culture within the shop.
- Supporting Operations manager and Marketing with ongoing projects
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- High School Diploma or Post-Secondary education;
- Proven track record of success leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment;
- Proven ability to maintain compliance & organization in a regulated environment;
- Experience with Retail reporting and business management;
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal;
- Highly organized and adaptable to shifting priorities;
- Curious nature with the ability to elevate processes and performance;
- Ability to ideate and develop activation ideas.
- Ability to connect with the community and elevate your neighborhood;
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques;
- Knowledge of cannabis, products, and strains as well as a passion for the industry.
- Knowledge of Corydon Community an asset;
- A valid Smart Choices Cannabis retail certificate would be an asset;
- Knowledge of compliance reporting, inventory processes and Health Canada regulations is an asset.

You are **PROCESS DRIVEN AND RESULTS ORIENTED**, capable of designing and developing efficient processes to streamline process efficiency.

You are **DISCIPLINED, HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND METHODICAL**, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and work under tight deadlines.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 3-4 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager at a retail store environment;
- Experience of using POS systems and inventory management systems;
- Experience of working in the Cannabis industry is an asset;
- Experience of implementing policies procedures in a retail store;
- Experience using a people management software
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs (Excel, Teams+)
