**Company Overview**:
Agari Kitchen Corporation is transforming home cooking with patent-pending technology that combines 3D scanning, sensors, and AI for perfectly cooked meals. With our product launching on Kickstarter in April 2025, we’re seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital ad campaigns and optimize performance.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a results-driven marketer to take charge of our ad campaign management. This role is focused on running and analyzing ad performance on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media platforms. You’ll make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes and ensure campaigns align with business goals. Creativity is a plus, but the primary focus is strategic execution and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Make recommendations for budget allocation and campaign adjustments to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure ad strategies align with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to ensure the brand remains competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta and other major platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong skills in data interpretation and making optimization recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Needs to be fluent in English

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are advantageous.

**Responsabilités principales**:
**-**Développer, gérer et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires en ligne sur Meta et d'autres plateformes pour maximiser la portée, l’engagement et les conversions.
- Analyser les métriques de performance publicitaire et fournir des recommandations exploitables pour affiner les stratégies.
- Proposer des ajustements de budget et des modifications de campagnes pour optimiser le retour sur investissement (ROI).
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer l'alignement des stratégies publicitaires avec les objectifs marketing globaux.

**-**Se tenir informé des tendances, des mises à jour d’algorithmes et des nouveaux outils pour maintenir la compétitivité de la marque.

**Qualifications**:
**-**Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de campagnes publicitaires numériques, notamment sur Meta et d'autres grandes plateformes.
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse comme Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Compétences solides en interprétation des données et en recommandations d’optimisation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en gestion de projet et en organisation.
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication ou un domaine connexe.
- Penseur créatif capable de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique et de travailler sous pression.

**-**Maîtrise de l’anglais requise.

**Compétences préférées**:
**-**Familiarité avec les tests A/B et la prise de décision basée sur les données.
- Connaissances en stratégies SEO et SEM.
- Expérience avec Shopify ou d'autres plateformes de commerce électronique.
- Certifications en Meta Blueprint ou Google Ads, un atout.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
