**What We're Looking For**:

- Proficiency in using a variety of concrete finishing tools and equipment.
- Must have power trowel experience
- Experience operating a ride-on power trowel an asset
- Strong understanding of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
- Must understand different types of finishes
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
