Vous maîtrisez l’art de la communication ; vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais (selon les exigences)

Vous avez déjà travaillé avec des programmes informatiques comme la suite Microsoft Office et Salesforce, et avez l’habitude d’entrer des données et de chercher des renseignements de clients dans des bases de données

Vous êtes très à l’aise de travailler dans une équipe multidisciplinaire, vous êtes autonome et capable de mener à bien des projets avec une supervision limitée

Vous avez un grand souci du détail et pouvez travailler avec précision

Vous avez au minimum au diplôme d’études secondaires ou collégiales

Responsabilités liées à la répartition et à la coordination de projets:

- Appuyer le processus de vente, guider le client dans le parcours d’installation de cuisine et coordonner la rénovation globale de la cuisine
- Collaborer avec des conseillers en planification et installation, des installateurs d’armoires en chef et des partenaires de référence pour veiller à ce que chaque chantier soit bien desservi en personnel et mené à la satisfaction du client
- Surveiller et coordonner les projets de prise de mesures, de planification et d’installation avant et après la signature du contrat, jusqu’à l’achèvement complet du projet, en collaborant étroitement avec les clients, les conseillers en planification et installation et les installateurs
- Assurer l’entière satisfaction des clients durant tout le parcours client avec Services Cuisines IKEA
- Mener toutes les communications nécessaires avec les clients liées aux étapes importantes de l’installation (préparation du projet, liste de vérification préalable à l’installation, appel préalable à l’installation, appel d’évaluation de la satisfaction du client après l’installation)
- Coordonner la résolution de cas avec tous les intervenants, y compris les conseillers en planification et installation, les techniciens en installation, les partenaires de référence, les directeurs régionaux, l’équipe Résolution de IKEA et le client
- Travailler avec les équipes de gestion sur place et avec IKEA pour désamorcer des situations problématiques et trouver des solutions, lorsque les autres avenues n’ont pas abouti
- Documenter les problèmes et faire le suivi des problèmes courants pour favoriser l’amélioration continue
- Veiller à ce que les documents nécessaires relatifs à l’installation soient remplis et téléversés
- Planifier l’horaire des conseillers en planification et installation, des assembleurs, des techniciens en installation et des partenaires de référence selon leurs capacités, tout en minimisant le temps sur la route, les heures supplémentaires, les dépenses remboursables et les déplacements
- Soumettre toute demande d’ajustement temporaire de la capacité au directeur régional, pour accommoder les congés payés
- Gérer les cas et les appels téléphoniques

Responsabilités liées aux ventes:

- En partenariat avec les conseillers en planification et installation, soutenir activement le processus de vente pour atteindre ou surpasser les objectifs de ventes fixés
- Relancer les clients potentiels au besoin et conclure les ventes
- Entretenir des liens avec les clients actuels et potentiels par téléphone et par courriel, et faire le suivi des communications
- Créer un sentiment d’urgence par rapport à la réservation des installations et envoyer les contrats aux clients pour prévoir les dates d’installation
- Faire le suivi de toutes les demandes de services d’entrepreneur général pour les transformer en contrats d’installation
- Répondre à toutes les demandes de formation de l’entreprise et réaliser cette formation en respectant les exigences de l’entreprise
- La sécurité passe avant tout : respecter toutes les règles et précautions de sécurité, en tout temps
