**What You Will Do**:

- Work in conjunction with the Property Management Department, Contractors and other staff to ensure buildings, suites and common areas are maintained in a “A” Class condition
- Responsible for day to day operations of the facility to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building HVAC (cooling towers, boilers, chillers, pumps, controls
- DDC) and all building sub-systems (building life safety equipment, fire suppression system, power generators, sump pumps)
- Assist with supervision with tenant improvement projects
- Assist with supervision on capital expenditure projects
- Perform Tenant Walkthrough Inspections with tenants prior to handover
- Ensure all Tenant Walkthrough deficiencies are completed & signed off
- Must complete Quality Control Checklists and document all concerns with photos and submit to Property Manager for review/action
- Review and complete service requests items submitted by Tenants
- Coordinate trades to complete additional work which may be required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**What You Will Bring**:

- Must have previous experience working with building systems (boiler, chiller, DDC, F/LS, controls, pumps, etc.) in a commercial building setting. 4th Class or 5th Class Power Engineer/Operator certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with commercial/retail/office/industrial complex building systems
- Demonstrated experience with automation systems and troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Willing to work overtime in the event of emergency/available for on-call duty
- Must have a class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
