Join one of Simcoe County's largest Real Estate Brokerages Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty is looking for part time front desk receptionists/administrators, with the possibility of a full time position.
Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Providing a range of support to the Real Estate Agents in the office.
- Assisting where necessary with paperwork.
- Updating Listings.
- Distributing mail, faxes and overnight packages to the appropriate parties.
- Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked.
Experience and skills required:
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Highly organized
- Friendly, loyal and FUN
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Midland, ON L4R 0A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
