We’re looking for an eager **Certified Plumber **to join our growing company

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide general residential plumbing services to tenants.
- Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Correctly instruct tenants on proper care and maintenance
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

**Qualifications**:

- 306A Certified Plumber - Mandatory
- 5+ years’ experience in the Plumbing field
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel for work purpose

**Experience**:

- plumbing: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: London, ON (shall also be available to drive to some of our other properties located within a 100 km radius)

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
