Hampton Inn by Hilton Hamilton is looking for someone to bring their vibrance and energy to the role As a Food Attendant (Breakfast), you will prepare Hot Buffet
Breakfast for in-house guests while ensuring all standards are met.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the supervision of the General manager (or Supervisor), the Food Attendant
(Breakfast) will set-up, prepare and service breakfast buffet while providing customer service, guest satisfaction, and a quality work environment.

- **Ability to work early mornings including; weekends and public holidays.**
Ideally you will have experience in a Restaurant or Hotel environment, minimum of 1 year. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To acknowledge and create a warm welcome to all guests
- Prepare and arrange food per brand standards.
- Meet service standards.
- Inspect to ensure stock is adequate before beginning operation.
- Replace and rotate stock correctly (F.I.F.O.)
- Full knowledge of served items and methods of preparation as needed.
- Works within policy to accommodate guest's special requests.
- Service and stocks items in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards.
- To clean and sanitize tables as required using proper methods.
- To consistently meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Be familiar with hotel services and amenities.
- Attend any training sessions or meetings (when asked)
- After Breakfast hours; thoroughly clean up and put everything away.
- Provide basic coffee and/or breakfast service to meeting rooms.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school diploma is preferred
- Ability to work with food and hot dishes
- Food Safety Handling certificate
- Ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented
- Professional and friendly with all guests. Ability to achieve guest satisfaction
- Prior experience in Food and Beverage is an asset
- Attributes such as being polite, courteous, and working effectively in a team environment.
