In the role of QC Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock movement for all products in our Canada warehouse, as well as ensuring the quality assurance of these products. Working closely with the warehouse management team, you will be tasked with optimizing inventory control processes to reduce discrepancies and improve overall accuracy. Additionally, you will conduct regular quality inspections of products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure accurate reconciliation of stock levels.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team to optimize inventory management and storage.
- Identify slow-moving and excess inventory, and recommend appropriate actions to reduce them.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and movements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products to ensure they meet our exacting quality standards.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and a passion for continuous improvement.
