Support and Systems Administrator
Toronto, ON (Corus Quay) - Remote/Hybrid

**About the Role**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Infrastructure and Networking teams to setup and configure virtual (and possibly physical) Windows or Linux servers.
- Maintain and configure Apache and IIS web servers, including updating certificates.
- Maintain, configure and occasionally build Postgres database servers.
- Maintain and configure daily backups for Postgres databases.
- Restore from backups to target databases as needed.
- Setup and maintain mount points on Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Manage and setup services or scheduled tasks on Windows and Linux servers.

About You

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of on premise and cloud computing fundamentals, including AWS, Google, Azure, Windows Server and Linux
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and deal with shifting priorities

**Experience**:

- You have a high degree of IT systems knowledge, business functions, are an impressive communicator, and are obsessive about optimizing processes.
- Minimum of 2 years working in Information Technology
- Experience administrating and configuring Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience administrating and configuring Apache and IIS Web Servers including updating certificates.
- Experience setting up and maintaining services and scheduled tasks on both Windows and Linux.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Solid track record of going above-and-beyond to deliver new ideas and initiatives and proactively solving technical and business problems

**Nice to have**:

- Experience writing shell scripts
- Experience working with Postgres and SQL Server databases.
- Networking experience
- Experience with the Media industry
- Experience with git version control
- Experience with MS Form and Power Apps
- Experience with UIPath
