**Who We Are Looking For**

We are seeking a skilled Revit technician who brings 3-5 years of experience in the BIM Architectural field.

**What Your Position Entails**
- Create full working drawings for custom houses, renovations, barns, and shops.
- Draw and model floor plans, elevations, cross sections, detailing, joist layouts, roof plans, site plans, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team of other Designers and Drafting Technicians to solve complex problems and find creative solutions.
- Measure existing residential and commercial buildings and produce as-built drawings based on site visit.
- Prepare drawings for Proposed Change Orders as instructed by Project Designers and develop customized solutions as required.
- Check and verify drawings to confirm specifications and design data.
- Produce 3D conceptual renderings.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a one-year Architectural Drafting Certificate (two-year Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Drafting Technician or BIM Technologist in a workplace environment
- Proficient in **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full understanding of 2018 BC BUILDING CODE including 9.32 and 9.36

**Skills / Attitudes**
- Familiar with various 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, 3DS Max)
- Experienced with Revit
- Ability to visualize 3D objects
- The ability to produce quality drawings with required software in all Architectural phases
- The ability to work well within a team setting
- An eagerness to learn
- An attitude of humility and positivity
- Self-starter and proactive

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
