**Job description**

We a growing company and require a screen printer to join us to help operate our Automatic M&R screen printing press.
- 2+ years of experience as a screen printer (not as helper).
- Experience in proper loading of shirts/hoodies etc is a pre-requisite.
- Knowledge of how to register/triloc, mix colours, and prepare screens with emulsion - We can also provide training if required.
- Experience of printing on different types of garments.
- Experience in operating and managing M&R 6-heads automatic press.
- Experience managing order process and work flow in a screen printing environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Work as a team with other team members to ensure machines are running efficiently.
- Following instructions and production schedules as well as adhere to all standard operating procedures and meet the expected production goals.
- Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms and also unload properly to maintain quality of product before curing.
- Perform a visual inspection of garments to maintain quality assurance and an acceptable defect rate.

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:
