Trampoline & Tumbling Coach

**Burlington Trampoline & Tumbling Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our competitive coaching**

**team. With nearly 70 families currently enrolled and a waitlist that continues to lengthen, we are looking**

**forward to adding new staff to our team.**

**General Details**

**-Part-time work between 12-25 hours per week**

**-Competitive hourly pay based on certification and experience**

**-Can add advanced recreational classes to increase income**

**-Annual performance incentives (Bonus Pay)**

**Responsibilities**

**-Plan and coach competitive athletes starting at the pre-competitive level**

**-Encourage athletes to push past fear and achieve their goals**

**-Record and monitor athlete progress**

**Skills & Qualifications**

**-Minimum Competition 1 trampoline trained**

**-Safe Sport certified and in good standing with the federation**

**-Passion for fitness & wellness**

**-Experience working with kids and youth**

**-Must be 18 years of age or older**

**Training**

**-Training is provided for all staff in the form of paid courses, in-house clinics and mentor coaching**
