**Position Objective**:
Conduct Technical Training classes for Porsche Centre personnel and Porsche Canada (PCL) internal employees, development of training programs that facilitate the dissemination of information necessary for quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Administration of Porsche Certified Collision Centre program nationally.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of the Technical Training strategy/program, for Canadian Porsche Centre personnel and PCL internal employees
- Creation of Technical Training (incl. Technical, product, system and skill training) and manage realization
- Manage and conduct regional Zertifizierter Porsche Techniker (ZPT) program
- Support the management of daily Training Centre operations
- Update and maintain information on Porsche Academy for Aftersales related areas, incl. technician data and body/paint
- Monitor After Sales Training KPI’s and derive measures based on results
- Ensure all Porsche Centre staff received adequate and sufficient training to support the position objective
- Participate in all meetings related to AS Training (ITC, TTS)
- Participate in Global Trainer Qualification Program
- Assist Tech-Line and dealership technicians
- Daily administration of the PCCC program for existing and new collision centre partners
- Attend all meetings related to collision for Porsche and industry
- Support warranty with body and paint related topics, including answering PRMS tickets for warranty related topics.
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager, technical training.
- Ad hoc projects as required to support Technical Training in Canada
**Qualifications

**Qualifications***

**Education**:

- College degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration/Management or equivalent work experience
- Advanced automotive or engineering coursework preferred
- Completed Automotive Technician
- Porsche Silver or Gold Level Certified Porsche Technician (ZPT) preferred
- Porsche High Voltage Technician (HVT) certification preferred
- Porsche Taycan High Voltage certification preferred
- Certified Training Instructor preferred

**Experience**:

- (Job and Industry)_
- Minimum 5 years automotive technical retail/wholesale experience, 8 years preferred
- Detailed experience working with Porsche products preferred
- Direct experience working with Porsche warranty processes and systems
- Hybrid or High Voltage experience preferred

**Skills and Competencies**:

- List all skills and competencies applicable for this position (including hard skill requirements such as software packages, knowledge of certain methodologies, etc. and competencies such as demonstrated ability to think logically and troubleshoot complex problems. Excellent customer service, etc.)._
- Superior presentation and speaking skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, spelling, grammar and composition skills.
- Excellent overall understanding of automotive technology and repair, Porsche preferred.
- Natural leadership ability; team player with consensual approach
- Superior organization, communication and reporting skills
- Systematic thinker; ability to work at conceptual and detail levels
- English and French fluently (oral and written). German preferred
- Advanced PC skills with accent on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Self-directed, requiring limited supervision
- Willingness to travel as required
- Completion of certified technician program is an advantage
