We’re looking for a **Part-time Associate Multi-Media Content Creator** **to shape and strengthen the _CityNews _brand as our news operations continue to transition to digital and we radically change the way we produce and tell our stories in order to better engage and build our audiences. This role will require regular and consistent shifts on the weekends and in the evenings.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working as part of a team, you will create fast-paced, compelling and informative news content for our digital properties and for broadcast on our television and radio news programs
- Coordinating and deploying newsroom and field resources to gather elements and create news content
- Performing various control room duties
- Pitching during daily creative brainstorms and story meetings.
- Creating innovative video content optimized for a digital audience
- Ensuring that content is factually and grammatically correct

**Skills and Competencies**:

- A solid grounding in a number of these skills, and a willingness and desire to learn more, is the expectation.
