**WHY YOU?**

Under the Director of Software Engineering and in direct collaboration with the development team, you'll work in a vibrant environment alongside an equally passionate team and help us reach the next level regarding the quality and reliability of our features. You will be part of a Feature Development Squad, contributing to the development and vetting functionalities before releasing through manual QA (smoke, regression,). You will contribute to building our STLC and partner with the Automation QA Engineer to reduce lead time on tests and automate as much as possible what can be.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute tests cases and analyze test results
- Report, document, and track resolutions for software defects identified in the testing process using approved tools and processes
- Attend business requirement walkthroughs and squad rituals
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Collaborate with peers to consolidate and improve our STLC
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Contribute to building a flexible, dynamic, and supportive company culture

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong testing technology/industry knowledge
- Experience with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience and full understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle, testing process role, best practices, and Agile Software
- Experience writing complex testing strategy
- Ability to read code, generate and manipulate data
- Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions and test reports
- Self-directed, manage priorities and takes ownership
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS Product and/or Fintech

**Bonus skill**:

- Experience with non-functional testing such as Performance, Accessibility and Security Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
