**Job Title: Genesis Senior Project Manager**

**Location: Regina Canada (Onsite)**

**Certifications & Education Requirements**:

- Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification is required
- Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci) is desired

Education and training are normally gained through post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of the following:

- Computer Science
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to the Senior Project Manager role (eg: Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects focused on Genesys call center software (eg: voice, chat channels, implementation of bots)
- Industry experience in Call Center technology (IVR and CRM - Customer Relationship Management)
- Strong technical experience in one or more: software development; hardware; operating systems; networking knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for all aspects of the project (or phase) over the entire project life.
- Responsible for project deliverables. In doing so the Consultant will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, scope, issues, risks, and communications.
- Act as the single point of contact and escalation for the project.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in the organization, planning, facilitation, risk analysis, controlling, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written).Core competencies such as initiative, relationship building, influencing others, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Manage the overall project including:

- Facilitating the development of a Business Case using Client templates and processes.
- Facilitating the development of a Project Plan using Client templates and processes.
- Establishing the project schedule, monitoring schedule performance, and reporting on progress.
- Monitoring spending and ensuring adherence to budget.
- Responsible for project cost reporting.
- Project communication including communicating status to executives and sponsors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)
- Call center: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- PMP (required)
