**Job Summary**:
Are you interested in working for a groundbreaking new industry that prides itself on innovation, professionalism, and collaboration? Aphria Inc., a subsidiary of Tilray Brands Inc. is currently searching for a well-versed Finance Co-op that will be a key team player within our Finance department. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform monthly commission reconciliations;
- Participate in the month/quarter/year end close processes and reporting;
- Ensure that all accounting transactions comply with internal and external financial accounting policies, procedures and controls;
- Assist with year-end audits
- Support the Finance department as needed, including assisting with monthly reporting needs and gathering data as requested; and
- Perform other administrative duties and/or special projects as required;
- Assist with government filings and preparation of various returns;

**Qualifications**:

- Working toward Post-secondary degree in Accounting / Finance - working toward an accounting designation is an asset;
- Fundamental working knowledge of accounting concepts, practices and procedures;
- Ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show appropriate level of judgement;
- High level of accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of transactions and able to multi-task;
- Able to build and manage relationships within team, cross functional departments and clients; and
- Exemplary interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
