The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of the internal fleet and our assets in the assigned region(s). This includes monitoring and scheduling maintenance of internal and external maintenance contractors, compliance with Kemira maintenance programs, configuration guidelines and regulatory requirements for maintenance documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the annual maintenance and inspection schedule and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule - PMA, PMB
- Ensures that the documentation specific to the regulations is completed and kept
- Ensures that equipment is maintained according to established standards
- Responsible for the qualification of partners / suppliers
- Controls costs through efficient management of all repair and maintenance activities
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and order missing parts from various suppliers
- Ensure the renewal of the equipment fleet in a sustainable development objective, mainly in terms of electrification of the equipment fleet
- Develop tools to improve the efficiency of maintenance management
- Participate in the annual budget for maintenance in collaboration with Management
- Coordinate annual maintenance and inspections with operations
- Performs assessments to ensure maintenance standards are met
- Ensures equipment is safe, secure and reliable and meets operational requirements and transport regulations
- Ensures that all repair orders are processed and closed in a timely manner
- Reviews capital equipment requests in accordance with company guidelines and objectives
- Stay on the lookout for new trends in maintenance
- Perform all other related duties and tasks as required.

What you need:

- College diploma or training in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Knowledge of FRP & SS tank maintenance
- Five (5) years of experience in equipment management or in a similar position
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, etc.
- Availability to move between our different terminals
- Ability to speak, read, write French and English.
- Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
