**Responsibilities**
- Use phone and software systems to handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service
- Schedule licensed and unlicensed employees while matching their qualifications, skills, and abilities to the client’s needs
- Use information at hand to make decisions on scheduling changes between employees and clients
- Consult with Supervisor and team members to assess client needs
- Complete data entry and maintain scheduling documentation
- Handle and document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner and as appropriate, direct concerns to other team members
- Work 8-12-hour days; depending on challenges that may arise between client and employee scheduling

Job Qualification

**Education**
Secondary School Diploma along with completion of a related course such as Medical Terminology is preferred

**Experience**
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

**Other Skills and Abilities**
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software

Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English
