Salt Spring Island, Canada Mikus Transport Full time

**The Position**:
This run starts in Nanaimo and goes to Salt Spring Island. Each driver will be assigned an area of responsibility.

The pay structure we are offering will also provide a daily minimum that will not go below, but can exceed based on the number of successful deliveries and additional pieces per stop.
- Dedicated Distribution runs (40-70 daily stops)
- Ferry Card is supplied by the Company.

We’re looking for people who will be team players, provide great customer service, and understand the importance of following consistent delivery practices/policies.

**Requirements**:

- Clean BC Driver’s abstract
- Class 5 Drivers License with no restrictions (Recommended)
- Clean Criminal Record Check - including clearance for youth at risk. (successful applicants will be reimbursed)
- Valid Vehicle insurance
- Valid WCB #
- Worksafe Approved Steel Toe Boots
- Large Cargo Van, Transit, Pro-Master, Sprinter (tall Roof)

**The Company**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to lift up to 65lbs unassisted or up to 150lbs with a dolly.
- Must be able to self organize for efficiency
- Must be able to work extended hours during peak events.
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness, appearance and upkeep maintenance of their vehicle
- Must be able fill out daily paperwork
- Must be able to use company apps correctly.
- Must believe in themselves
