Psychotherapist

**Veritas Psychotherapy and Counselling **is currently seeking part-time therapists to provide individual and/or couples therapy. This position is in-person and virtual.

Veritas Psychotherapy and Counselling is a private mental health clinic offering therapy to teenagers and adults. Our mission is to support clients in overcoming barriers to self-acceptance and authentic connection by addressing the root of their struggles, whether it be trauma, mood disorders, or attachment injuries. Our philosophy is that all quality therapy starts with a strong relationship. We utilise various psychotherapeutic modalities, but we believe that the starting point for transformational growth is a deep and trusting connection.

We are currently in the process of expanding to a group practice model in a downtown Orillia location that will open in September.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a warm, approachable and client-centered therapist to join our group practice. Experience with supervision and/or working with children or couples is an asset.
- Provide 1 to 1 counselling (and/or other mental health) services for clients with a wide range of issues
- Manage your administrative records and maintain required clinic documentation

**There are many different shifts available including**: In-person and/or virtual, days, evenings (6-9pm) and/or weekends for individuals and/or couples.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate knowledge of multiple treatment modalities.
- Possess valid Professional Liability Insurance.

**Salary**: $75.00-$110.00 per hour
