**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, build, measure, cut, crimp, and test industrial and hydraulic hoses.
- Operate various cutting and machining tools such as saws, grinders, shears, crimpers, etc.
- Able to operate forklift and other small loaders.
- Inspect and test product.
- Document non-conformances.
- Communicate with supervisor any assembly discrepancies;
- Some additional branch support duties may be required
- Valid license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED. Preferred technical training in related field.
- Mechanically inclined coupled with strong working ethics.
- Ability to take instructions and follow directions.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed be.
- Ability to lead by example and to promote high morale by showing enthusiasm for your work and determination to achieve results.
- Ability to establish a strong sense of trust with team members.
- Ability to learn and follow company’s policies and procedures.

**Working Conditions**:
Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; attention to detail; repetitive tasks; bending, crouching, kneeling. Able to lift and carry heavy parts of up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
