Summer Student

Nuvatek Distribution is a business to consumer and business to business retailer and a distributor of various types of consumer goods which are sold throughout Canada and the United States via eCommerce platforms, direct mail and sales representatives.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Direct-to Consumer sales division.

- Take telephone orders
- Run daily order downloads
- Process exchanges and returns
- Data entry
- Document and update customer records based on interaction

- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
