We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing our menu, ensuring each dish plays its part in providing our guests a memorable evening.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Restaurant 18 standards
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting dishes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
