**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a cabinet maker/sprayer to be part of an amazing and hardworking team. Our next exceptional team member:

**Skill and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in cabinet making (box building, drawer building, on-site installation).
- Or has certificate in Cabinetmaking Techniques/Woodworking from post secondary education.
- Excelled with finishing details.
- Comfortable working with power tools (sanders, drills, saws, nail guns). Able to operate sliding table saw and follow directions on cut-sheet.
- Excellent with measurements and planning cabinet construction.
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor. Must be able to lift 25 kg.
- CSA certified footwear is required.
- Experience with Becker-Acroma products is an asset.
- Spraying kitchen cabinet doors, drawer fronts, gables and trim.
- Experience working in a spray booth.
- Select appropriate paint/stain and mix accordingly.
- Fill and sand using appropriate grits between coats.
**Key Responsibilities**
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sanding of doors and trim.
- Preparing materials to be ready for paint booth.
- Ability to prepare, assemble and install cabinets, drawer boxes, doors, drawer fronts.
- Assisting in on-site cabinet installation and on-site touch ups.
- Loading and unload trailer during on site cabinet installations.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday
- Friday 8am
- 4:30pm
- Must be able to commute to Dundalk, ON
**Compensation**
- Hourly wage based on experience
- Yearly bonus based on performance
- Gas allowance or relocation assistance available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
