**Reports To**:Senior Director of Inclusive Practice (Supported Child Development)

**Job Summary**:In accordance with the established vision and values of The Centre for Child

Development, provide childcare services to designated childcare facilities such as a preschool, daycare,

and school age care. Assists in developing an individual program plan for assigned child/children with

parents. Supported Child Development Consultants, facility staff and team members. The Support ECE

works in partnership with parents, peers, Early Childhood Educators, SCD Consultants and other

professionals in helping each child reach his/her maximum potential.

**Education, Training and Experience**:

- High School Diploma***
- One-year recent related experience working in an early childhood education setting***
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in the use of software programs including Word and Excel***
- Valid First Aid Certificate as per childcare licensing requirements***
- Valid BC Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
- Criminal Record Review acceptable to The Centre
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Provide proof of vaccination as per BC PHO for Health and Community Care Workers
