**OVERVIEW**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish a climate of trust for business with the target customers;
- To be familiar with, advise and recommend our products;
- Develop trust and business plans;
- Solicit and obtain new customers;
- Participate in meetings, technical trainings and communicate information to clients and colleagues
- Advise agricultural producers regarding ways to produce, isolate, manipulate and store the production to maintain the product integrity;
- Support for credit and credit margin revision for new customers (annual);
- Communicate pertinent information and share expertise with colleagues;
- Communicate technical information to customers;
- Any other related tasks.

**HARD SKILLS**
- To hold Community college diploma Agronomy or the equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales ;
- Hold a valid driver’s license;
- Member CCA a plus

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Autonomy - Planning and organization skills.
- Good oral communication skills and good listening.
- Courtesy, diplomacy and respect.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize.
- Excellent customer approach.
- Professionalism.
