**Job Posting: Assistant Manager, InsideOut Patio**

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the InsideOut Patio team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assume a position of leadership and play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, customer service and special projects/initiatives. You will drive sales and profitability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team, while ensuring that our commitment to quality remains at the forefront of everything we do.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
- Ability to inspire and lead a team towards coaching and development
- Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion
- Demonstrated interest and ability in developing others with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements
- Strong business acumen in retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives, individually and through one’s team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the company’s leadership team in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team
- Maintain commitment to quality in all products and services provided
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
- Implement and execute business plans and company initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members

**Salary & Commission**:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and commission based on performance.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
