**Team/Function Overview**:
**Citi technology is seeking a highly motivated front office IT professional to join our Production Services function support group in Mississauga.**:
**Role / Position Overview**:
**You will develop detailed knowledge of multiple business areas and functions, coupled with cutting edge technologies in this exciting opportunity.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** The Apps Support Intermediate Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.**:

- ** Ability to handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level. Calm and analytical when faced with major incidents on critical systems.**:

- ** Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution.**:

- ** Communicate effectively with operations and technology partners on a regional or global basis.**:

- ** Participates in disaster recovery testing**:

- ** Develop and maintain technical support documentation.**:

**Criteria/Qualifications**:
**Knowledge/Experience**:

- ** Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures, concepts and of other technical areas.**:

- ** Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.**:

- ** Knowledge/ Experience with Databases like MS SQL / MongoDB. (Able to build ad hoc SQL queries)**:

- ** Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes / OpenShift**:
**Desirable**:

- ** Basic Business knowledge/ understanding of financial markets and products.**:

- ** Coding / scripting experience preferable (any language)**:
**Skills**:

- ** Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate.**:

- ** Knowledge about Linux, Kubernetes / OpenShift**:

- ** Databases - MongoDB, Microsoft SQL.**:

- ** Knowledge/ Experience with real-time monitoring systems such as ITRS Net agent and Job scheduling tool such as AutoSys is a plus**:
