Chef, Économie de la santé et étude des résultats thérapeutiques

Le chef, Économie de la santé et étude des résultats thérapeutiques a les responsabilités suivantes:
Diriger la planification, l'élaboration, la mise en œuvre et la communication de stratégies et de tactiques pertinentes et novatrices fondées sur des données concrètes en économie de la santé, à l'appui de la proposition de valeur concernant les produits de notre compagnie.

Quantifier les bienfaits cliniques des produits de notre entreprise en termes économiques qui sont probants pour les payeurs, les agences d'évaluation des technologies de la santé (L'Agence canadienne des médicaments et des technologies de la santé et Institut national d'excellence en santé et services sociaux ) et l'Alliance pancanadienne pharmaceutique.

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des données concrètes, des études épidémiologiques, des études d'observation et voir à l'inclusion, dans les programmes d'études cliniques d'envergure mondiale ou locale, de facteurs économiques de la santé et de résultats rapportés par les patients, et/ou formuler des recommandations à cet égard.

Préparer, soumettre et présenter des preuves et des analyses de nature économique aux fins d'inscription sur les listes de médicaments (fédérales, provinciales et privées) et pour l'Alliance pancanadienne pharmaceutique pour obtenir, maintenir et étendre l'accès au marché des produits oncologiques nouveaux et existants de notre entreprise.

Collaborer avec les autres fonctions de remboursements (Tarification, Politique, Planification de l'accès, Accès du personnel en territoire) à l'échelle locale ou mondiale, les soutenir et s'aligner avec elles dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d'accès et de tarification.

Agir à titre de membre d'équipes commerciales et médicales et trouver des occasions de coopérer avec des collègues d'autres fonctions afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la marque.

Offrir une expertise en matière d'économie de la santé, d'observation d'études et du contexte réglementaire de remboursement au Canada à divers groupes au sein de notre entreprise, que ce soit à l'échelle locale, régionale ou mondiale.

**Tâches**:
Travailler en partenariat avec les agences mondiales et/ou externes pour élaborer des modèles pharmacoéconomiques novateurs et des stratégies fondées sur des données concrètes qui représentent la valeur des produits oncologiques de notre entreprise.

Offrir un soutien substantiel pendant les négociations de l'Alliance pancanadienne pharmaceutiqueliées à des facteurs pharmacoéconomiques à considérer et à des réévaluations.

Élaborer des rapports pharmacoéconomiques pour les demandes auprès de l'Agence canadienne des médicaments et des technologies de la santé et de l'Institut national d'excellence en santé et services sociaux

En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Accès du personnel en territoire, effectuer des analyses d'impact budgétaire conformément aux exigences des payeurs.

Élaborer des protocoles et des propositions économiques en collaboration avec des experts internes (p. ex., les Services médicaux) et externes (p. ex., le milieu universitaire, les organismes de recherche).

Préparer des résumés et des articles portant sur des résultats d'études aux fins de publication ou de présentation.

Personnaliser des données techniques pour en faire des messages convaincants présentés dans le format requis et de façon adaptée aux intervenants locaux.

Maintenir des relations avec les membres de la communauté de l'économie de la santé et les meneurs d'opinion clés du domaine.

**Expérience**:
Au moins deux à quatre années d'expérience pertinente en économie de la santé et/ou en étude des résultats thérapeutiques

**Connaissances**:
Exigences et processus relatifs à l'Évaluation des technologies de la santé (Programme pancanadien d'évaluation des anticancéreux, l'Institut national d'excellence en santé et services sociaux et le Programme commun d'évaluation des médicaments) à l'Alliance pancanadienne pharmaceutique au Canada

Besoins et exigences des payeurs (publics et privés) relativement aux remboursements des produits pharmaceutiques

Faits récents sur les politiques de soins de santé et l'assurance-médicaments au Canada

Principes et directives pharmacoéconomiques et progrès méthodologiques

Expérience précise avec les modèles de Markov et de survie partitionnée

Tendances et pratiques exemplaires internationales relatives à l'économie de la santé et à l'étude des résultats thérapeutiques

Compréhension générale des méthodes et des tests statistiques

**Formation**:
Maîtrise en épidémiologie, en administration de la santé, en économie de la santé, économie, dévelopment de médicament (DESS) ou dans un domaine connexe.
