**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Washing windows
- Maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
- May require the moving of of heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies

**Qualifications**:

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred.(at least 1 year)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform routine cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Comfortable operating cleaning equipment.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance would be considered an asset.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada or have a Canadian work permit.
