Sterilization Technician

Responsibilities:
- Completing sterilization in sterile bay, cleaning operatories, setting up for appointments, organizing and cleaning clinical areas of the office, maintenance on equipment and sterilizers.
- Assisting the dental hygienists by perio charting, cleaning room, sterilizing instruments, seating patients, and whatever else may be required.
- Following the daily schedule closely and prioritizing tasks so that your assistance is delivered in the most critical areas and times of the day.
- Additional roles assigned to you by the Nanaimo Dental Specialists management team.
- Working closely with other clinical team members to assure that office protocols are being followed.
- Maintaining an open positive line of communication between all team members and leading team morale.
- Responsible for specialty dental equipment, care, organization and maintenance.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
