You're in luck Creaform needs you to perform tasks related to the company's general accounting in accordance with US accounting standards, the preparation of monthly financial statements and Creaform's quarterly audit file, as well as the processing and monitoring of certain special projects.

**What does a typical project look like in your new team?**:

- Handling regular operations related to the group's taxation
- Calculating forecasted expenses related to corporate tax
- Managing provisional payments and notices of assessment
- Managing external consultants in the preparation of annual tax returns
- Handling tax audits
- Keeping the international transfer pricing policy up to date
- Managing Canadian and American consumption taxes
- Coordinating subsidy claims and various credits with internal resources and consultants (SR&ED and others)
- Meeting corporate tax requirements at the end of quarters
- Supporting the accounts payable team in their daily tasks
- Responsible for monitoring leases and their accounting
- Audits:

- Coordinating SOX reporting at the end of the quarter
- Coordinating internal and external audit reviews (non-tax)
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley Act compliance in the course of work
- Participating in the development of annual budgets
- Supporting monthly financial closure / consolidation
- Carrying out any other tasks related to the role, at the request of the superior

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting Profile
- Advanced level of English
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
- Mastery of Navision ERP is an asset
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical and judgment skills
