Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including interior and exterior areas
- Evaluate the structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other 'systems' of the property being inspected
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports outlining any defects or areas of concern
- Communicate inspection results to clients (and agents) in a clear and professional manner
- Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on your assessment
- Ability to read some building plans when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in some relatable field of at least 3 to 5 years (renovations, skilled trades, etc)
- Strong knowledge of construction inspection techniques and practices
- Proficiency in data collection, and computer software skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to get around the Toronto East and Durham area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
